Easily access your most-used projects by pinning them to the top of your project list on both the web and desktop apps. Simply hover over the project name in your dashboard and click the Star icon. You can also reorder your pinned projects for maximum convenience.

Our Bill of Materials (BOM) feature is now compatible with file statuses like Shown, Hidden, and Promoted. These updates will be reflected directly in Bild, giving you a clearer view of your data. You’ll also see file status indicators on the data card, so you always know which files are promoted, hidden, or visible.

Note: This feature will only apply to newly processed files. If you'd like to reprocess a file, you can do so by checking it out and checking it back in, or by updating the file's metadata within the data card.

We’ve made file navigation easier than ever! You can now open files directly by holding Command + click (Mac) or Control + click (Windows) on the file name. This works across your BOMs, ECO pages, and any other areas where file names are displayed. Files will open in a new tab, keeping your workflow uninterrupted.

Admins can now set default values for both the version and revision fields within Bild. Whether numeric, alphabetical, or alphanumeric, you can establish default values for newly uploaded files, streamlining your workflow.

Admins can also now require certain metadata fields to be completed before releasing files. This includes making specific fields in a file’s metadata, revision, or ECO mandatory, ensuring all necessary information is captured before any release.
