Retrieving Desktop Logs for Support

If you experience unexpected behavior or issues within the Bild Desktop App, our Support Team may ask you to send your application logs. These logs help us diagnose and resolve the issue faster.

Follow the steps below to retrieve and send your logs.


Steps to Retrieve Desktop App Logs (Windows)

  1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.

  2. In the Open field, type: "appdata"

  3. Click OK.

  4. Navigate to the Bild folder.

  5. Open the logs folder inside the Bild directory.

  6. Locate the log files and attach them to your support email or upload them as requested.

Once we receive your logs, our team will review them and get back to you as soon as possible with next steps or updates.
