Viewing the file history
Inside the Data Card, you can click on the Activity at the top to see the file's activity. Each Dropdown block represents a Revision and when clicking on the arrow for a Revision block, you can view Versions.
A Version is created for every upload check in, metadata update, reversion, move, approval, and release.
Reverting to a previous version
If you want to revert to a previous version of the file, you can simply click on the "Revert" text next to the Version block. You can only revert a file if it is currently not in review, checked out by someone, or locked.
Note that if you revert a file, the history between the current version and the reverted version will NOT be lost. Rather, a new version block will be created at the top with the revert files contents, including the metadata.
Viewing and downloading an older version
To view an older version of the file on the viewer, simply click on the version block to open that version up on the viewer.
Clicking on the "Show file info" button of the viewer and then clicking on "Download" will allow you to download that version of the file on your computer.
