Disabling fields from the datacard
Navigate to your account level settings from the top right corner of your Bild window
2. Within account level settings click on Metadata Settings from the left-hand menu
3. On the metadata settings window you will see all available metadata settings that have been confirmed by an account admin. Each setting can be either enabled, meaning you will see this display as a field on the datacard or disable, meaning you won't see this field on the data card. To disable a field click the eye icon next to the field you wish to hide from the datacard. Clicking update once you have finished your configurations.
Setting to Show Non-Bild Managed Metadata Fields
Navigate to your account level settings from the top right corner of your Bild window
2. Select File Settings from the menu on the left-hand side
3. Here you'll see a setting to Show Non-Bild Managed Metadata. When this is enabled, metadata fields not managed by Bild will be visible in file details and the edit metadata dialog.
Click the checkbox next to this setting and then click update to save your changes.
