Editing Metadata for an Individual File
1.Right click the file and click Show File Info
2.Click the pencil icon to edit the metadata of this file
3.Edit metadata field and click Update
4.You'll see the Outdated tag added to the file
5.Right click the file and click Fetch Updates
6. See the updated Metadata field in the table if you have it as a visible column
Updating Metadata for Multiple Files
1.Select files that you will be updating the metadata for, right click these files and click Edit Metadata. Here you won't see the values populated because the files may have different information so all fields will display blank.
2. Make the metadata change or changes necessary and click Update
3. You will then see these files go outdated. Multi select these files again, right click and click Fetch Updates
4. You will then see the updated metadata fields for these files if this is an available column
