Viewing a Files Version History
1.Right click the file and select Show File Info
2.Click on the Activity tab at the top of the datacard
3.Expand the revision block via the down arrow of the revision/version you need to see
4.Click somewhere within the revision block to see the file in the viewer
5.The file will open in the viewer, you can see the file is an older version by the tag at the top of the viewer indicating "Viewing Older Version"
6.To download the older version of this file click Show File Info from the top of the viewer and then click Download from the bottom right corner
Reverting to an older version
1.Right click the file and select Show File Info
2.Click on the Activity tab at the top of the datacard
3.Expand the revision block via the down arrow of the revision/version you need to revert to
4.Click Revert from the datacard
5.You'll see the version auto increment and a commit message gets defaulted. Click Submit
6.Bild will retain all version history of the file. You can see this through the revision blocks withing the datacard
