1. Click Create Approval.
2. If you would like to release the ECO following the approval, click the "Release when approved" checkbox and enter the revision value for each related file.
Selecting the "Release when approved" checkbox will automatically progress the ECO status from "Approved" to "Released". If unchecked, the ECO must be manually released and closed.
3. Select the approval stage from the drop down, search for approvers (individual users or groups), and click Add. Once complete, click Request Approval.
You can add multiple stages by clicking "+ Add Stage". Stages happen sequentially i.e. Stage 2 will not be prompted to complete their approval until everyone in Stage 1 has finished. Users within the same stage will be able to review the files simultaneously.
4. Click Yes to confirm.
5. Approvers will navigate to their Bild home screen to view approvals that are assigned to them across all of their workspaces.
6. Add any comments and click Approve.
7. Click Yes to confirm.
8. The ECO and files involved will progress to a Released status.
