Release Change Order without an Approval
1.After creating your ECO you can click Release & Close to release these files to the next revision value. Simply click Release & Close
2.Enter revision values and click Release & Close
3.You'll see the ECO and files get put into a released status
Release and Close Check-box Selected
1.Click Create Approval
2.Add Reviewers and Stage. Click the Release when approved check-box and click Request approval. Selecting this check-box will automatically release and close the ECO after the added reviewers approve the ECO.
3.Assigned reviewers can then navigate to their dashboard and click the approval
4.Click Approve
5.Click Yes
6.See the approval status change from Pending to Approved
7.Change order will show as Released
Release and Close Change Order
1.Click Create approval
2.Add necessary reviewers and stages to the approval. Click Request approval
3.Reviewers will navigate to their Bild dashboard to click on the approval they have been requested on
4.Click Approve
5.Click Yes
6.You'll see both the approval status go to Approved and the ECO status gets updated to Approved
7.Finally you'll need to click Release & Close
8.You'll see the status of the change order has been updated to Released
