Login and See Files that have been Shared with you
1.Click Login here. (Ensure you are on the same platform as the customer you are logging into the supplier portal for. For GOV login through https://gov.getbild.com/ and for PDM login through https://pdm.getbild.com/)
2.Enter your email and click Continue
3.Copy the login code you receive through your email
4.Enter the code and click Continue
5.Click Open on the workspace you need to enter
6.See files from this workspace that have been shared with you
Download Native and Universal Files
(If the user who shared these files with you has selected for you to be able to download the Native and Universal files you can follow the below steps)
1.Right click the file and click Download (This will download the Native File(s))
2.Right click file and click Show File Info. Scroll down on the datacard and click Download for the universal files you need to download
Uploading Files to Share with Bild Users
1.Click Supplier Files tab and then click Add Files
2.Drag files to the window or click Select a File
3.Navigate to the file you want upload, verify the correct file was selected and click Upload
4. See the newly shared file in the workspace
Sending a Message to the Bild Users
1.Right click the file and click Send Message
2.Enter Message and click Send Message
