Admins can create Approval Templates in their Company settings, which can be applied anywhere you manually create an approval. This prepopulates the stages and settings but allows for edits before requesting unlike workflows.

A timestamp has also been added to the approval window for improved traceability.

A File Setting called Assembly Reprocessing on Part Updates allows admins to choose whether an assembly or drawing reprocesses when a part it references is changed. The options are Always, Never, or Only When References Change to reprocess only when a child is added or removed. This feature was introduced to limit unnecessary reprocessing on larger assemblies that inhibits workflow.

Another new File Setting was added called Reset Version Number for Creo Files on Release. This allows admins to specify whether they would like an iterative version number or one that resets on release. The iterative version number represents the total number of iterations made on a specific Creo file and never resets. When the settings is enabled, the version number resets to zero following the release of a file to represent the number of iterations made since the last release.

A new action has been added to the Workflow feature for admins to be able to create a BOM. This is useful for those that want to automatically create a BOM when an assembly is uploaded.

A name for the BOM must be specified based on metadata. Users can also choose which file formats trigger a BOM creation as well as any BOM templates to predetermine the viewable metadata.

A shortcut for running any workflow has been added for convenience (B + W).

Any non-local associated models are now downloaded when a drawing file is opened in the desktop application.

The 3D Viewer includes a Model/Layout switcher for multi-sheet DWG and DXF drawings, letting users toggle between Model Space and individual Layout tabs, which may have different scales and sheet sizes, without having to open AutoCAD.

If needed, Propel users are able to manually edit the part number metadata field. Additionally, a preventative measure has been implemented to avoid overriding the approval/release process within Propel and Arena. ECOs within Bild that are linked to either PLM can no longer be manually released, cancelled, or an approval initiated.

A new setting for the Arena integration called File Category Mapping has been introduced. This allows for the Arena file category to be automatically assigned based on the file type that is pushed from Bild.

Linking multiple files to a single item in Oracle NetSuite is now supported. This makes it easier to manage multiple CAD associated with the same model, as well as accommodate end users working with different CAD software versions.

A fix to address reported latency during Release & Close operations on large batches of files from the workspace files list significantly improved responsiveness. Moreover, file metadata attachments are reliably exported alongside any selected file formats when downloading an ECO.

Several improvements were made to enhance visibility. The file name is now displayed in the browser tab title when viewing the corresponding file information drawer. Additionally, pins locating feedback items are easier to identify when viewing in light mode.
