There are several ways to manage how an item has changed across all change order revisions.

Choose between revisions from the Revision dropdown to populate the item information (Details, Alternates, BOMs, etc.) at the time it was released.

1. Select a revision from the Revision dropdown, then open the Changes tab to see the change orders included in that revision.

2. Navigate directly to the released revision by clicking the View Change button that appears in the top right corner of the item page.

1. Select a revision from the Revision dropdown and click the View Diff button in the top right corner of the item page to compare changes between the selected and previous revision.

2. Navigate across the item tabs to see what changed.

1. To view a summary of all the item changes that occurred as part of a release, navigate to the Affected Items tab of the desired change order and click the arrow to expand the item(s).

The above changes show that a thumbnail and an alternate were added to the 2mm Bolt item as part of ECO-00010.

2. Click the rightmost arrows to launch the View Diff (explained above) for this item.

1. From the item page, click Revert.

2. Choose which released version you would like to revert to.

The reversion will be documented in the item History tab.
