Creating A Project

  1. To create a project click the Create button on the browser dashboard under the Projects section

  2. Enter the project name and select Create

  3. Add any desired members to the project and assign with either Member of Viewer permissions

  4. Once all users are added click Done and the project will be created

All admins will automatically be added to all projects as editors. To learn more about user permissions and roles click here.


Project Pinning

Pinning your most frequently used projects makes them easily accessible on both the web and desktop app. Pinned projects will appear at the top of your projects list.

To pin a project, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Bild Dashboard.

  2. Hover over the project you want to pin.

  3. Click the star icon to pin the project.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: You can also reorder your pinned projects by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order.

Deleting A Project

  1. Navigate to the project you would like to delete

  2. Once in the project, click on the Settings icon on the left menu dock

  3. Click the Delete Project button on the upper right-hand corner

  4. Confirm the project name and select Delete


Adding/Removing Users from Projects

Adding users to a project in Bild is a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to add existing users to your project:

  1. Open the Bild browser and navigate to the project you want to add users to

  2. Click on the settings icon located on the left menu dock.

  3. Select the Users tab within the settings page

  4. Type in an existing user's name within the search bar. As you type, Bild will auto-suggest user accounts matching the text you have entered.

  5. Select an editor or viewer access level within the drop-down menu.

  6. Click on the Add button to complete the process. The user will now have access to the project.

All admins will automatically be added to all projects. This means that if a user is designated as an admin, they will have access to all projects within the organization by default.

Removing Users From A Project

  1. Open the Bild browser and navigate to the project where you'd like to remove users from

  2. Click on the Settings icon located on the left menu dock

  3. Select the Users tab within the settings page

  4. Navigate to the user's name by scrolling through the list

  5. Once the user is located select the x button on the user's row

  6. Confirm the user who you would like to remove by selecting Remove in the pop-up
