Notes

Notes are a helpful way to keep track of things discussed in meetings or simply to write down any ideas/thoughts you might want to share with the rest of the team. Since notes are accessible to everyone on a project - it's easy for other team members to view/add/edit any notes within a project.

Creating a Note

  1. To create a note within a project, select the Notes icon on the left menu dock

  2. Click on the +New button in the upper right corner to start a note

  3. Assign it a name and get started with your note

  4. Once done, select the Create button on the bottom to save the note


Editing/Updating A Note

  1. To make changes to an existing note open the Notes page by clicking on the Notes icon on the left menu dock

  2. Navigate to the note you would like to change and select it

  3. Make any necessary changes to the note

  4. Once all changes have been made, select the Update button on the bottom of the page to save all changes


Deleting A Note

  1. To delete a note first navigate to the Notes page by clicking on the Notes icon on the left menu dock

  2. Navigate to the note you would like to delete and select it

  3. Towards the bottom of the note select the Delete Notes button

  4. Confirm you would like to delete the note on the popup screen - once this is done the note will be deleted
