You can add design files that are linked to a Propel item to a Propel change order directly in Bild.
Creating a Change Candidate in Bild
Click on the ECOs and Revs button on the left icon menu (the 3rd icon down)
Create a new Change Candidate, by clicking on the +New button at the top right
Select your design files you wish to add to the Change Candidate and then click on Next.
Enter a Name and optional Description for the Change Candidate. If you selected an assembly, you will see an "Add children files" selector which if you select, on the next screen you can add children of the assembly to this Change Candidate.
The following screen will show a list of files that will be added to the Change Candidate. By default, all file configurations (if applicable) will try to get added to the change. You can select a file and deselect a configuration. Click on the Create button.
Helpful Tip: If you select just an assembly or multiple assemblies, you can automatically add children in a later screen.
Linking a Change Candidate to a Propel Change
You can link a Change Candidate to an existing Propel Change or you can create a Propel Change directly in Bild and link the Bild Change Candidate to that.
Link a Change Candidate to an existing Propel Change
Click on the link icon next to your Propel Integration section of your Bild Change Candidate
Select a Propel Change that you want to link to, and then click on the Link button.

Click on the Plus icon next to the Propel Integration section of your Bild Change Candidate
Select the category of type of Change and fill out the necessary information. Click on the Create button and the Change in Propel will be created and linked to the Bild Change Candidate.
Note: Linking a Bild Change Candidate to a Propel Change Order does not add the affected items to the Propel Change Order. It simply links the two, the handoff between the two happen on a PUSH.
Pushing the Change Candidate from Bild to Propel
Once a Bild Change Candidate is linked to a Propel change, the items do not automatically get added as affected items in a Propel chance. You will need to Push the changes. Click on Push icon on the Propel Integration section of the Bild Change Candidate.
A confirmation popup will appear, click on the Confirm button.
Once you push your Bild Change Candidate from Bild to Propel, all files under the Change Candidate will be locked and the status will change to "Propel - In Review".
You may continue to add additional files to the Change Candidate by clicking on the "Add Files" button at the top right of the Change Candidate.
Manage your change order as you would in Propel, through the routings. Upon releasing the Change Order in Propel, after a few seconds, you will see that the Change Candidate in Bild will also be marked as Released and each file will get issued the corresponding Revision Number from Propel, along with the status getting updated to Released.
Note: Propel will not let you progress the change order in Propel if the Bild affected items do not map 1:1 to the affected designs in the Bild Change Candidate. Of course, you can add additional non-Bild related items to a Propel Change Order, the validation check ensures that the Bild related items exist across the Bild Change Candidate and the Propel Change Order.
