If your designs already have a part number and you need to link it to an existing item in Propel, follow these steps.
Make sure the design in Bild has a matching Part Number to that in Propel. If it does not, right click on the design and click on Show File Info
Click on the pencil icon to edit metadata
Update the Part Number to the item number in Propel
Click on Update
The file will update with the item number
Now, right click on the file, navigate to Integration, and then click on Link to Propel
A dialogue will popup asking if you are sure you want to link, click on Link
In the datacard of the file, the Propel integration will have icons and will now sync
Click on the arrow icon to open the linked item in Propel
