Training 1 - Bild Basics

Training 2 - BOMs and ECOs

Who should attend: Mechanical Engineers, Change Managers, Approvers, Administrators

Prerequisite: Bild Basics

Preparation: Watch our YouTube videos covering Bill of Materials and Engineering Change Management

Bill of Materials

  1. Creating a BOM

  2. BOM views and searchability

  3. Editing and syncing

  4. Exporting

Engineering Change Orders

  1. Creating an ECO

  2. Exporting

  3. Running an approval


Administrative Training

Who should attend: Administrators

Prerequisites:

  1. Bild Basics

  2. BOMs and ECOs or watch our YouTube video covering Approvals

Preparation:

What to expect:

  1. Managing users and user permissions/default settings

  2. Metadata and file settings

  3. Naming and auto-generating universal files

  4. Approval settings

Any remaining time can be used to cover workflows or part numbering in greater detail. It can also be used for a general Q&A if you feel comfortable with these features or don't need them.
